An enquiry is not a booking

Submitting details requests a review and quote. It does not confirm acceptance of materials, availability, a fixed price or a collection. No payment is taken by the enquiry form.

Before you agree

Provide accurate item, load, access and address details. The written quote will set out the agreed work, price, inclusions and proposed time. Changes in the load or access need review before extra work is agreed.

Restricted materials

Asbestos, chemicals, batteries, sharps, liquids, medical waste and unknown materials are not automatically accepted. Please disclose them for review before any collection is arranged.
